How can you build a regular fitness routine?

Good Friday Afternoon!!!

PLEASE allow me to reintroduce MYSELF.

I am CCG.

I am a Metro AtlantaGA-living, nursing home-residing, wheelchair-using, prosthetic leg-owning, Left Leg Above Knee Amputee (LLAKA).

Left Leg was amputated at NOW late Atlanta Medical Center a.k.a. AMC, Boulevard Avenue,  Atlanta,  GA (R.I.P. AMC), on what has NOW become my SECOND Birthday –  June 26, 2020.

Other than the waiting periods between Medicaid approvals, and prosthetic measurings/ fittings, the prosthetic process went VERY well. 

Just before the first anniversary of my new Second Birthday, went to the prosthetics/ orthotics office, to pickup my brand-spankin’, shiny new leg.
