    List of My Top 5 Grocery Store Items;

    1. Fruit – I’m NOT vegan,  vegetarian,  or even, pescaterian, but; I love, Love,  LOVE fruit.
    2. Vegetables – I can really get into leafy greens. Also, veggies for complimentary side dishes, sandwiches, and, colorful salads.
    3. Dairy – butter, cheese, milk, ice cream, sour cream,  whipped cream,  etc.
    4. Eggs – LOVE.
    5. Starch – bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.

    Have I ever performed on stage or given a speech?

    Despite public performance  being the very bane of my existence, I have had a few moments up front.

    1. I was the male love interest for a stage play at summer camp during my grade school years. I got to KISS the girl!!!

    2. The Boy’s Speech for my elementary school Sixth Grade Promotional Program.

    3. Gospel Choir at my home church in New Orleans.

    4. Men’s Choir at my adopted home church in Atlanta. 

    5. Several 2-4 minute testimonials at funeral services for various family members and friends.

    There are SEVERAL things others do that spark my admiration. Here are just a few.

    1. Stepping out on faith, and, trying without fear.
    2. Creating something beautiful from raw materials. Whether artistic endeavors,  horticulture,  fashion,  or, culinary mastery – creating beauty from nothing.
    3. Extending kindness without expectations of reciprocity.
    4. Performing tedious/menial job duties and responsibilities without constant complaining.
    5. Commitment to physical fitness.
