Call me CCG.
This is my second voyage into the blogosphere, but, the FIRST to be titled by my actual government name.
I was born and raised in 504, Downtown, 9th Ward New Orleans, LA. New Orleans will ALWAYS be home.
However; late August 2005 had me and my family evacuating our homes due to the potential obliteration of the Crescent City from the oncoming Category #5 Hurricane Katrina.
Another necessary move landed me where I had a stronger, support network in 404/678/770 Atlanta, GA.
About six months later, Dad and Mom returned to Louisiana. About four months after them, Mau-Mau (Mom’s mom) returned from Maryland to Louisiana. However, they ALL moved to a very small, TWO red-light town located about a 75-ninute drive from New Orleans. That 2 red-light town is where Mau-Mau was born.
CCG remains in ATL.
