Good Tuesday Afternoon!!!

During my Sister and Niecey’s recent Christmas Holiday visit, they brought me a dish called Haitian Park Griot (Slow-simmered, citrus-marinated pork, herbs and spices, and, broiled until tenderly crispy. Normally served with Black Rice, however; this White Rice did NOT disappoint) A dish full of tradition and flavor from Traditions Global Cuisine, 1140 Mount Zion Road,  30260.

Already had the bottle of LifeWater.
